Wind Turbine Generators
PMDD wind turbines — large-format magnets and custom assemblies
Permanent-magnet direct-drive (PMDD) wind turbines depend on tons of sintered NdFeB magnets for the generator's pole array. A 5 MW turbine typically uses 3 — 5 tonnes of magnet; individual pieces can exceed 5 kg. Coating durability, thermal stability, and lot-to-lot consistency directly affect 25-year service life. We take volume orders from turbine OEMs and generator-stage manufacturers, and can match customer-specific quality programs (e.g. classification-society certification, third-party type-test reports) with material certification and lot traceability.

Compliance considerations
合规要点
Wind power is clean-energy equipment with low international trade barriers. However, magnet shipments are high single-batch value with strict transport rules (post-magnetization classifies as IATA Class 9 hazardous / IMO restricted). Sea freight is typically primary; air freight assessed leg-by-leg. Exports to major wind markets (US, Germany, UK, Nordics) usually face no additional controls but require strong supplier traceability and complete documentation.
