Anti-bribery, anti-money-laundering, labor rights, information security, and intellectual property baselines for Yiwu Juanliu + Brightin LLC. Suppliers and partners are expected to align.

Anti-bribery and anti-corruption
We comply with China's Anti-Unfair Competition Law and the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). Employees and partners must not directly or indirectly bribe customers, government officials, or regulators — including cash, gifts, kickbacks, improper hospitality, or false invoicing. Any expense beyond standard business courtesy requires approval and audit trail.
Anti-money-laundering
Funds flow through compliant banking channels in China (RMB) and the US (USD). We do not accept cash or cryptocurrency settlement. Single transactions over USD 10,000 equivalent are documented under KYC / AML procedures and reported when required.
Labor rights and working conditions
Our employees enjoy minimum wage, overtime pay, leave, and social insurance / 401(k) per China's Labor Law and US federal and Georgia state labor regulations. Yiwu office and Atlanta warehouse: no minor labor, no forced overtime, no security deposits, no document withholding. Suppliers violating these baselines are terminated.
Supplier baseline
China-side upstream suppliers (magnet factories, packaging factories) are required to: ① be legally registered factory entities · ② not employ minor labor · ③ not use forced labor · ④ provide valid RoHS / REACH / Material Cert · ⑤ accept on-site or third-party audits. We reserve the right to terminate for material violations.
Data and information security
Customer-submitted data is handled per the Privacy Policy (/legal/privacy). Employee access follows least-privilege; access is revoked immediately on departure. We do not disclose customer drawings, specifications, or pricing to third parties or competitors.
Intellectual property
We respect customer IP — drawings, brand assets, and logos provided to us are used only for that customer's order; not reused, not leaked, not resold. Digital and physical copies of drawings can be destroyed after order completion on request. We don't use customer brands or logos in our own website, PDFs, or marketing without written authorization.
Environment and sustainability
Our packaging business promotes recyclable / biodegradable materials; the magnets business declines orders involving illegal rare-earth mining or processing chains. No formal ESG report yet, but the above baselines are enforced internally.
Reporting mechanism
If you believe our employees, suppliers, or partners have violated this code, email warehouse@juanliu.ltd (subject prefix [INTEGRITY]). Reports are treated confidentially; we do not retaliate against reporters.
This code states baseline positions. Specific cooperation terms are governed by signed contracts (MSA / SOW / NDA).
