What you submit through the inquiry form: name, company name, email, phone (optional), country, product category, volume tier, notes. From your browser: visited page URLs, referrer, browser and device type, IP address (used for anti-spam and compliance screening). We do not use cross-site tracking cookies.

Processing your inquiry and quote · sending feasibility notes and proposals · export-compliance screening (end-user / end-use review — for magnets or other export-controlled categories) · improving site content and processes. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Inquiries are stored in FormSubmit (form backend, forwarded to warehouse@juanliu.ltd) and Lark mail. Access logs are kept locally on the server by Nginx for 14 days, then automatically deleted. Backups are not transferred internationally.

We share your information only when: ① you explicitly consent, ② the law requires it (including export-control review, customs declaration, tax filing, judicial cooperation), or ③ it is necessary to complete your order via logistics / customs / third-party warehouse providers (minimum necessary principle).

You may email warehouse@juanliu.ltd at any time to: query the data we hold about you · correct errors · delete your data (except where retention is legally required) · export a copy of your data. We respond within 30 days.

Our operations span the China and US jurisdictions — submitted data may be transferred and stored between the two. We process under China's PIPL (Personal Information Protection Law) and applicable US legal frameworks. EU user data is handled under GDPR Standard Contractual Clauses.

This is a B2B site, not directed at users under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

This policy may be updated periodically. Material changes will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use of the site indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
