Common questions
The 6 questions buyers ask most — answered upfront.
Where is the warehouse and is it really self-operated?
Brightin LLC operates a 5,000 sqft self-operated forward warehouse at 4660 Hammermill Road, Unit C2, Tucker, GA 30084 (metro Atlanta — verifiable on Google Maps). The China-side trading entity is 义乌涓流商贸有限公司 (Yiwu Juanliu Trading Co., Ltd.), office at 福田街道中福广场 4 号楼 1316. Same team, same controller — not a third-party 3PL we resell. PDF copies of the lease and LLC filings can be shared after first inquiry.
How much does 5,000 sqft hold? Can it handle my $50k+/mo volume?
5,000 sqft holds ~200 pallets at 1m³ each, comfortably supporting 1,500–2,000 outbound orders/day — typical for Shopify / Amazon FBM sellers in the $50k–$500k/mo GMV band. If you push past 3,000 orders/day we'll plan capacity expansion with you in advance — your stock won't get stuck.
What's the MOQ? Any monthly minimum?
Packaging supplies start at 100 pcs or 1 roll for inquiry; cold-chain varies by item. Pick & pack has no monthly minimum and no annual contract — fine for early-stage sellers.
Is pricing public?
Yes. Storage, inbound, putaway, pick & pack, returns/relabel, and surcharges are all published in USD with tiered rates at /services. Calculate your monthly cost yourself before contacting us.
What's your typical lead time?
Atlanta outbound is scheduled within 24-48h after order confirmation. UPS Ground covers ~70% of the US population in 2 business days. Actual lead time depends on volume, destination, and carrier.
How do I integrate Shopify / Amazon FBM? Is there an API?
We run Lingxing WMS on the warehouse side. Lingxing natively connects to Shopify, Amazon, and other major platform APIs — orders sync automatically, no CSV exports needed. If you're already on Lingxing, just share your store-binding details and we connect directly in the system. If you're not on Lingxing yet, we can start with a simple daily CSV sync and upgrade later. Amazon FBM outbound follows the same flow.
How does packaging from the China side reach US customers?
Two paths: ① bulk via container or LCL ocean freight to the Atlanta warehouse, then fulfilled from Atlanta; ② small samples via air express direct to the US customer. We confirm the most cost-effective path per order.
What's the recourse if something goes wrong? Insurance?
We use a standard MSA (Master Services Agreement) to lock in responsibility. Default liability cap follows industry convention ($0.50/lb or $100/unit, whichever is lower); bulk customers can negotiate higher caps or add third-party cargo insurance. SLA, coverage scope, and dispute terms are itemized in the contract — we send you the template at inquiry and adjust to your actual order structure.
Other export inquiries
Beyond packaging and cold-chain supplies, you can also send inquiries for electric vehicles, permanent magnets, medical reagents, and general reducers. Feasibility depends on the actual product, destination, and order terms.
