Bonded NdFeB
Net-shape molding · Complex geometry in one shot · Steppers / sensors
DESCRIPTION
Bonded NdFeB combines magnetic powder with resin, then injects or compresses into final form. Lets you produce complex geometry (multi-pole rings, irregular shapes, thin-wall tubes) in a single step with high dimensional accuracy and minimal post-machining. Lower energy product than sintered, but the geometric freedom wins for stepper motor rotors, Hall sensors, and small office-equipment motors.
