Sintered NdFeB Rings
Motor stator workhorse · Precision-ground OD/ID · Multi-pole magnetization
DESCRIPTION
Ring magnets are the standard form for servo, BLDC, and small generator stators. OD/ID concentricity is held by precision grinding; multi-pole magnetization (4 / 6 / 8 / 10 poles and beyond) uses application-specific fixturing. Common in robot joint motor stator stacks, paired with arc segments on the rotor side.
